Normally, popsicles probably aren't on your radar as a healthy, refreshing summer treat. That's because the majority are packed with added sugars, artificial colors, and artificial flavors and rarely contain any actual fruit. Each contain just two ingredients, fruit and kombucha, in a one-to-one ratio—ensuring you get a nice dose of antioxidants and fiber, some gut-friendly probiotics, and zero added sugars.

Pro tip: If a fruit-kombucha slushy is more your style, simply follow the recipes above (be sure to use frozen fruit) then pour your blended mixture directly into a glass instead of a popsicle mold. It's the perfect alternative to frozen margaritas, and we won't even tell anyone if you add a splash of tequila.https://www.rodalesorganiclife.com/food/kombucha-popsicle-recipes
