Reading Tosha Silver’s beautiful book with #daily #journaling is starting my healing off in a #sacred way.

James W Pennebaker, PhD, documented his decades-long research into the healing effects of journaling noting the powerful effects of #selfexpressive #writing improving the #immune system, now corroborated by the current field of #psychoneuroimmunology.
